Refund Policy

Effective September 27, 2026. Songlet currently offers bounded free credits. Paid song packs and subscriptions are not available, and this site does not currently accept payments.

Failed generations

One credit is reserved when you create a song. If generation fails or cannot be confirmed, the credit is returned once. If audio exists but file preparation fails, use Retry downloads; this resumes the existing song without requesting another paid generation. Contact support if a credit appears missing.

Future purchases

Prices, pack sizes, delivery terms and the applicable refund process will be published before checkout is enabled. We will not treat a preview or a payment redirect as proof that your order was fulfilled. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Support

Contact us with your account email and song or order reference. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details. We will investigate duplicate charges, missing credits or undelivered work if and when purchases become available.
