Terms & Conditions

Effective September 27, 2026. These terms cover Songlet, provided by BlueFriday Limited. You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to use this early-access service.

Your account and credits

Use an email you control. Do not share sign-in codes or create duplicate accounts to obtain free credits. Accounts receive 2 introductory credits; one accepted generation reserves one credit. A failed or unconfirmed generation returns the credit. Editing or signing in does not consume credits. Do not abuse retries or use scripts to evade limits.

Invite rewards apply to genuinely new users following your link before registration. The invited user must verify their email and complete their first song. The inviter receives 2 credits once. Self-invites, duplicate identities and automated activity are ineligible. We may investigate or reverse rewards obtained through abuse; contact support if you believe a decision is wrong.

Your lyrics and AI output

You must own or have permission to use the lyrics, names and other material you submit. Do not submit unlawful content, private information about others without permission, or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or voice/personality rights.

You retain any rights you hold in your input. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process, host, convert and deliver it and to share it as you direct. This is not a transfer of ownership. Music is generated by AI and may resemble other outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright eligibility, exclusivity, commercial-use clearance, pronunciation or exact performance of every word. You must check suitability and third-party rights before using or publishing an output.

Keep required AI notices and metadata. Do not misrepresent generated audio as an authentic performance by a real person.

Private storage and sharing

New songs are private. Anyone with an active share link can access that song and its downloads. Revoking a link prevents future access through that link; it cannot remove copies already downloaded by others. Deletion is permanent. Keep a separate copy of work you value.

Availability, purchases and disputes

This is early access with bounded capacity. We may pause generation for maintenance or when an allowance is reached. Paid packs are not on sale yet and no automatic renewal applies. Pricing and purchase terms will be shown before any future checkout. See our Refund Policy.

We may restrict unlawful or abusive activity. Contact support to report content, request account deletion or question a restriction. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Hong Kong law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Contact us first to resolve concerns. Material changes will be notified before they apply where required.
